Customer Success Specialist

We have big plans for the future of our platform, so we are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic, and experienced support representative to join our Customer Success team. Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional writing skills, loves helping people, and is technically savvy and eager to learn more about the detailed aspects of sharing and hosting video online.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to support and nurture our existing customers and prospects.

  • Support entire customer lifecycle, converting prospects to paid users and driving engagement and retention.

  • Liaison with Product and Engineering to act as the voice of the customer and ensure the platform reflects user needs.

  • Become a product expert in the first month.

  • Manage ticket volume/incoming live chats without assistance.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and creation of all support documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with live chat and email-based customer support (experience using Zendesk is a plus)

  • Exceptional writing skills with impeccable grammar

  • Ability to self-manage; organized and detail-oriented

  • Ablility to listen and empathize with customer needs

  • Interest in video and basic HTML/CSS/JS skills a plus

  • Being comfortable on camera to assist with knowledge base videos also a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree
