How to Export a CSV Report of Playlist Attachment Data

What’s Included in the Playlist Attachment Report?

The exportable playlist attachment report is a CSV file which includes all of the download data for your playlist attachments.

This report will contain data on the following:

• The date of each download
• The file attachment ID
• The file attachment title
• The number of times each attachment was downloaded

How To Export the Playlist Attachment Report

From your Playlists page, select a playlist that has attachments, then click the ‘File Downloads’ tab. You can filter to your desired time frame then click the ‘Generate Report’ button.

Once the report is compiled, you’ll receive an email containing a link to download your report. Once the link is clicked, a browser window will open and download the CSV file.
