To review your billing history and download past receipts, go to ‘Account Settings’ , and click on ‘Billing Information’ on the lefthand side of the screen:
Then, scroll down until you see the ‘Billing History’ box towards the bottom of the page. There, you can review your billing history, look at the details of the transactions, or download receipts for your video hosting services:
SproutVideo bills the card on file on a recurring monthly basis. If you ever have a question about a bill, please contact us straight away.
