Managing bills and tracking account statements should always be as easy and transparent as possible. That’s why we’ve made it super simple to keep your SproutVideo account up-to-date, and to track your past months’ statements. Read on for details about where to manage these important account details.
Billing History and Statements
Now you can easily manage your billing information and see your past billing history within your account. Just navigate to Billing Information under Account Settings. There, you can update your billing information, or download detailed statements in PDF format, for each billing period.
Sometimes, you might need to include additional information on your monthly bill for expense policy purposes. You can add it in the “Optional Contact Information” field provided.
We do email your bill to you each month. By making your billing history available in your account as well, you won’t have to search through your inbox when you need a receipt.
