Premium level phone support can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm EST, and there is no limit on the number of times that you can request a call back from your representative.
To schedule a call, contact your dedicated support representative at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will send you a link to their calendar where you can book any available time for the call. Be sure to provide the best phone number to be reached at.
