Learn how to update your contact and billing information, access past receipts, check your usage, and change plans.
You can manage your SproutVideo contact information by clicking on My Profile in the Account dropdown menu. You can change your name, email address, time zone, email preferences, and password.
To update your billing information click the Billing Information tab on the left side of the screen. Here you can change your payment information, add an optional billing contact, add additional contact information to your invoice, like a VAT number, and view your complete billing history.
The usage tab shows you how much storage and bandwidth you’ve used in the last 30 days. Here, you can also enable a Bandwidth Usage Cap. This will help to limit extra charges if you start to stream more bandwidth then is included in your plan. Once your chosen limit is reached, video playback will be disabled until your subscription renews.
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your account from the Manage Subscriptions page. Plans can be charged at any time. When you change plans, your billing date will reset, and you will be credited for any unused days from your previous billing cycle.
