You can activate your trial account to a paid account at anytime during the 30 day trial. When you activate, you can choose the plan that is right for you. You will need to enter your credit card details, and your card will be charged as soon as it is activated for your first month of video hosting.
There is a 21 day period after your trial expires during which you can still activate your trial account and recover all your work. However, during that 21 day period your videos will stop playing unless you activate the account. Here is more information about activating your trial account.
